ONTARIO, Calif. -- A man was arrested after neighbors reported seeing him sexually assaulting his family's 10-year-old female Rottweiler, police said.

What is with some people? If you can't relate appropriately toward others on a sexual level, then stick with only servicing yourself and leave the kids and animals alone! And to those that say that this type of behavior isn't about sex, but about a having a sense of power, I say I can't decide between chemical castration and lobotomy as the most appropriate response toward one who commits such acts.
